PURPOSE:To decrease the burden on a serviceman and to accumulate history information of high reliability of the device by providing a storage means which stores maintainance operation data and a transmitting means which transmits that data. CONSTITUTION:The storage means 211 which stores maintainance operation data 210 showing the content of a maintainance operation by the serviceman about the image forming device, and the transmitting means 223 which transmits the maintainance operation data 210 are provided. Then the maintainance operation data 210 which shows the content of maintainance operation by the serviceman against the image forming device is stored in the storage means 211, and the maintainance operation data 210 is transmitted by the transmitting means 223 to an outside device. Thus, the burden of the serviceman can be lightened and the history information of high reliability of the device can be accumulated. |
