<p>PURPOSE:To decrease number of components of the circuit and the area of the circuit and to reduce the cost by forming a comparator circuit comprising two blocks as one block circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of an NPN transistor(TR) 18 is connected to base of an NPN TR 12 and its collector connects to a power supply and the base connects to a constant current source 8 in a differential comparator circuit comprising NPN TRs 11, 12, 15, 16, PNP multi-collector TRs 13, 14, and a constant current source 22. An emitter of the NPN TR 17 connects to emitters of the NPN TRs 11, 12 of differential constitution and the collector connects to a diode connected base-multi-collector of the PNP multi-collector 13. Thus, the comparator circuit comprising 2 blocks is constituted by one block comparator circuit, which acts like the two-block constitution.</p> |
