<p>PURPOSE:To produce a fine and uniform laminated material of intermetallic compound with certainty by successively extruding and laminating plural pasty compositions prepared by uniformly mixing dissimilar fine powders, respectively, on a substrate and solidifying the resulting extruded layers. CONSTITUTION:Plural pasty compositions 16 respectively prepared by uniformly mixing dissimilar fine powders by regulating blending ratio are successively extruded through nozzle holes 12 of nozzles 10 and laminated on a substrate 20. The resulting extruded layers 14 are solidified. By the above procedure, the desired distribution of composition is attained in the direction of lamination. The thicknesses of the extruded layers 14 are regulated to values between micron order and several tens of microns, respectively. The blending ratios of the dissimilar fine powders in the pasty compositions are changed by stages in the direction of the thickness of the multilayered structure. After solidification, the resulting thick-film burnt body is pressurized to obtain more denseness. By this method, the laminated material in which the distribution of composition is intentionally provided can be produced.</p> |
