<p>PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently execute the travel expense control by inputting a classification and a fare to a portable electronic device, whenever a traffic means is changed. CONSTITUTION:Input information consisting of a classification and a fare corresponding to the received order number inputted by each employee from an input key 5 of an electronic notebook being a portable electronic device is stored temporarily in a RAM 16, therefore, it can be sent to a host device 19 at a suitable time. In such a state, the host device 19 stores the input information sent from each electronic notebook 1 in the host device 19. Accordingly, by counting up suitably the stored input information on the host device 19 side, the travel expense control is executed. In such a way, the travel expense control is executed exactly by a simple operation.</p> |
