MANUFACTURE OF CERAMICS WIRING BOARD AND CERAMICS HEATING BODY

PURPOSE:To readily generate a metal carbonate by a simpler method by degreasing an aluminium nitride green sheet and conductor metal paste in such a manner as leaving as residual carbon one part of organic binder contained in the aluminium nitride green sheet and the conductor metal paste, and then burning the aluminium nitride green sheet and the conductor metal paste. CONSTITUTION:A wiring pattern is formed on an aluminium nitride green sheet using conductor metal paste composed mainly of powder of tungsten or molybdenum and the aluminium nitride green sheet and the conductor metal paste are degreased in such a manner that one part of organic binder contained in the aluminium nitride green sheet and the conductor metal paste is left as residual carbon. Thereafter, the aluminium nitride green sheet and the conductor metal paste are burned in non oxidation atmosphere simultaneously and at least one part of the conductor metal paste is caused to react with the residual carbon to form a metal carbonate. There is thus no necessity of using metal carbonate as a raw material conductor and the metal carbonate is readily generated through a small number of processes.
