<p>PURPOSE:To surely inform a fact that the medical examination time comes, and to effectively utilize the medical examination waiting time by communicating a fact that the medical examination time is near at hand to its communication destination, based on communication destination data related to a body to be examined, decided by a communication decision processing part. CONSTITUTION:To a communication decision processing part 14, waiting time data of each patient registered in a turn waiting list is inputted from a waiting time calculating part 13, and whether a pre-medical examination communication of each patient exists or not and timing data are inputted from a data base 2. From these data, the recognition number of the patient whose communication time comes is outputted to a communication destination data extracting part 15. The communication destination data extracting part 15 retrieves communication destination data of the patient of the recognition number inputted from the communication decision processing part 14 from its patient data base 2, fetches a communication destination telephone number of its patient and delivers it to a voice answer device 5, and the voice answer device 5 executes an automatic telephone communication to the communication destination telephone number. In such a way, it is informed surely that the medical examination time of a body to be examined comes, and the medical examination waiting time is utilized effectively.</p> |
