PURPOSE:To prevent yawing, when a motor vehicle runs on a flat road, a downhill and another flat road successively, by increasing the target r.p.m. when a transition is made to a generation brake chopper selection state and the r.p.m. of motor is increased. CONSTITUTION:When a transition is made from a motor drive chopper 51 selection state to a generation brake chopper 52 state through the first function of a control sections 2, a judgment is made whether r.p.m. of a motor 50 has increased. If r.p.m. of the motor 50 has increased, target r.p.m. thereof is set higher by a predetermined amount as compared with that at the motor drive chopper 52 selection through the second function of the control section 2. When a motor vehicle runs successively on a flat road - a downhill - a flat road, target r.p.m. of the motor 50 is corrected through the first and second functions of the control section 2. |
