PURPOSE:To increase rotating torque in a small-size motor itself by a method wherein exciting current is made to flow intermittently through the winding of a stator formed of coil block, in which a plurality of armature coils excited by the current of one phase are connected in parallel to each other. CONSTITUTION:A DC brushless motor is formed of a stator 1, in which armature coils 11-19 are wound around a plurality of slots (9 pieces in a diagram) of a stator core 4, and a rotor 2, rotated relatively around the outer periphery, of the stator 1. The coils 11-19 are connected three by three in parallel between the terminals U, V, W of a motor controlling and driving circuit 3 and a terminal C. In this case, the coils are divided into coil blocks 11-13, 14-16, 17-19 to connect them. The coil is wound so that neighboring coils become reverse polarities by the current of one phase. The motor driving and controlling circuit 3 conducts exciting current intermittently through the coil block of the armature. According to this method, a motor, small in size, large in torque and easy in starting, can be manufactured. |
