PURPOSE:To constitute the system so that even an unaccustomed person can generate a process flow simply and a small working man-hour by generating automatically the process flow from job control language information registered in a user function parts library. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs information required for generating a process flow from a work station 1 by operating the work station 1. Based on this information, a process flow generating part 4 reads out job control language information registered in a user function parts library 2, generates the process flow by using apparatus pattern diagram information stored in an apparatus pattern diagram information file 3, and outputs it to a report file 5. In such a way, even an unaccustomed person can generate the process flow simply and by a small working man-hour.
