PURPOSE:To shorten time required for image display by displaying precedently transferred image data at the time of receiving a display request, and at the time of receiving the succeeding display request, displaying image data stored in the other display image memory. CONSTITUTION:When an FWD key 11a on an input part 11 is depressed, a display control part 10 reads out image data corresponding to an optional address from an image recording part 6 and transfers and writes the read data to/in a display image memory 8a. Almost simultaneously with the data writing, the control part 10 transfers and writes image data corresponding to the address higher than the address concerned to/in the display image memory 8b. The image data written in the memory 8a are displayed on a display part 7 immediately after writing the data. When the key 11a is continuously depressed, a display switching part 9 is switched to the memory 8b side, the image data written in the memory 8b is displayed on the display part 7b and image data corresponding to the higher address are transferred and written to/in the memory 8a. |
