PURPOSE:To evade an increase in the load on the operator of information equipment and to preclude misrecognition by comparing and collating detected operation information detected by operation information detecting means with personal operation information which is registered previously, and judging whether or not they coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:When an operator as a person to be matched the information operates a key entry means 10, the operation information detecting means 13 and 16 detect the personal operation information on, for example, the speed of key operation, a pressure characteristic, etc., accompanying the operation. Then a collating means 18 compares and collates the detected operation information with the personal operation information which is registered previously and when it is judged that both the pieces of information coincide with each other, it is recognized that the operator is the person himself. Consequently, the operator of the information equipment is released from an increase in load due to the complexity of the identification number and the information equipment which never misrecognizes a third party as the person himself or herself can be structured. |
