PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and demounting of a heat exchange unit by a method wherein a hook tool and a fixing tool are mounted on the upper edge of a pipe shaft, and the heat exchange unit is provided with a suspension tool hooked to the hook tool, a mounting tool fixed to the fixing tool, and a handle removably locked to the mounting tool by means of a screw. CONSTITUTION:A hook tool 7 and a fixing tool 8 are formed at an upper edge 6 of a pipe shaft (the containing part of a building) 2, and a support metal 11 and a fixing tool 12 are formed at a side edge 9. A worker first mounts a mounting tool 21 on a top surface 16 of a heat exchange unit 1, and locks a handle 23 thereto by means of a screw 26. By lifting the heat exchange unit 1 in a state to hold the handle 23 and a lower end 10, a suspension tool 18 of the mounting metal 21 is hooked to a hook tool 7 to suspend down the heat exchange unit 1, and a mounting tool 20 of the mounting metal 21 is locked to the fixing tool 8 by means of a screw 19. After legs 14 and 15 are removed, the support metal 11 and the mounting tool 13 are mounted. Finally, by removing the handle 23 from the mounting tool 21, a work to install the heat exchange unit 1 is completed. In demounting of the heat exchange unit 1, a work is executed in the reverse order. |
