The invention relates to a piston valve providing supply to a volume then discharge of this volume, the said valve (1) comprising a body (8) accommodating at least, on the one hand, a variable-volume feed chamber (9) and, on the other hand, also of variable volume, a chamber (11) for discharging the volume towards the installation, the feed chamber (9) consisting, in a cylinder (12) housing a piston (13) free to translate, of a volume reserved between the rear face (14) of the piston (13) and the bottom (15) of the cylinder, whereas the discharge chamber (11) for its part is located at the front of the piston (13), the piston (13) having a sealing bearing surface (22) in the cylinder, the length of which is very much less than its diameter and thereby guidance thereof is transferred to a slider (23) secured to the rear face (14) of the piston (13), in which valve the bottom (15) of the cylinder (12) is formed by the internal face of a removable cover (26) closing the body and positioned with respect to the latter via a centring bearing surface (26a). It is characterised in that, instead of the cylinder housing the sealing bearing surface of the piston being created in the body of the valve, it is produced in a sleeve (28) the axis of which is parallel to that of the cylinder but secured to the cover (26) and engaging in the body (8). <IMAGE>
