This mould is intended for prefabricating straight staircases from cast concrete. A chassis (1) includes longitudinal rails (2), along which movable supports (3, 5) move, which each carry a staircase step shuttering element (7). At least one extensible structure (9) connects together all the movable supports (3, 5), ensuring that they are equidistant. Control means (14 to 17) act on the or each extensible structure (9), making it possible to simultaneously move all the shuttering elements (7), while keeping them equidistant, in order to adjust the step depth. Clamping elements (21 to 27) immobilise the shuttering elements (7) in the adjusted position. <IMAGE>
