PURPOSE:To accurately detect a start point and a stop point by allowing a multiprocessing unit(MPU) to detect a coincidence detecting signal with an objective value in a queue loop. CONSTITUTION:When a probe exists on the outside of a measurement range, the MPU 3 writes the coordinate value of a measurement start point in a data register 7 and drives a motor 1 to start scanning and the queue loop for detecting the measurement starting point is started. At the time, an encoder 2 outputs a rotation variable detecting pulse in accordance with the rotation of the motor 1, a counter 5 counts up the pulses, a comparator 6 compares the value of the counter 5 with the value of a data register 7 and outputs a coincidence detection signal to the MPU 3 when both the signals coincide with each other,and then a scanner moves the probe up to the measurement start point. Then, the MPU 3 writes the coordinate value of a measurement stop point in the register 7 and starts measurement to start the queue loop for detecting a measurement stop point, and at the time of receiving the signal from the compartor 6, sends the measurement stop signal to a motor driver 4 to end the measurement. |
