<p>A golf tee is provided with a pointed shank (1) having a concave head (3) to support a golf ball. To adjust the height of the head (3) off the ground surface (11) the shank (1) is provided with an adjustable marker piece (13) engaging beads (7) on the shank (1) by snap-action. Guiding the piece (13) is two pointed extensions (19), that also function as ground-engaging means when the marker (13) is used separately on the green. The extensions (19) fit into grooves (9) on the shank (1) when mounted to avoid interference during play.</p> |
