PURPOSE:To stably manufacture a high performance lithium battery by making a positive electrode mix sheet adhere to a metal foil collector to integrate them by the use of a composition containing a polymer material having a specified heat resistance and a conductive agent as a conductive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A conductive agent acetylene black and a binder fluorine resin powder are added to a positive electrode active material of LiV3O8 powder, kneaded with an organic solvent, and rolled into a sheet by a roll followed by drying to form a positive electrode mix sheet. A borosiloxane resin and graphite are added to a solvent in which N-methylpyrolidone is added to a mixture of toluene and xylene, and dissolved and dispersed therein to form an adhesive coating material. This coating material is applied to an aluminum foil and the positive electrode mix is superposed thereon followed by pressing to form a positive electrode sheet integrated with a collector. This sheet can satisfactorily be heat-treated without peeling and falling at 200 deg.C or more, and thus a high performance lithium battery can stably be manufactured. |
