The invention belongs to the domain of electric automation equipments used in mining.This invention solves the problem of starting the shearer or the conveyor only if there are no failures in the previous connections and only after the release, by all talk stations, of a warning signal of a preset length, the reset of the starting command in the case of the apparition of accidental commands or failures in the external connections, as well as the elaboration of stopping commands of the conveyor or of the shearer.The electronic block for the elaboration of the command logic of the conveyor and of the shearer is composed of a number of AND-NOT and OR-NOT circuits, reversing gates, integrated counters, D-type bistables and "open drain" power reversers, which are helping to implant the operation algorithm, and a number of miniature reed relays with normally closed and normally open contacts, which are helping the outward transmission of the logical commands and assure the galvanic separation.It can be used in the construction of control assemblies of conveyors and shearers in the field of mechanized mining.
