摘要 The oily and aqueous constituents of an emulsion to be prepared are stored separately from one another in a receptacle. The oily constituent is enclosed in multiple capsules made of a mixture of agar gel, an agent for destroying the capsules and purified water, and floating in the aqueous constituent. The capsules are broken and the oily constituent leaving the broken capsules is mixed with the aqueous constituent to form an emulsion a little at a time, each time the need becomes apparent. The broken capsules are divided by the agent for destroying the capsules into fine particles dispersed in the emulsion.
