The apparatus prevents medical handpieces from infection or transition of disease germ, in dental, phisical, and surgical treatments. The drape apparatus (1) comprises a long foldable sleeve (3) having two inlets at both ends and made of a thin, flexible, impermeable LDPE film; a slip ring (2) for clamping the sleeve with inlet and accommodating the handpieces etc.; blue-tab tape (4a) for sterilizing gas and attaching the end of sleeve to the handpieces; red-tap tape (4b) for attaching the sleeve to the connecting body of handpieces and hoses etc..
