PURPOSE:To increase the green intensity by a method wherein, in order to manufacture the title anisotropic permanent magnet by powder metallurgical process, finely crushed magnetic powder is mixed with microcapsules sealed with a coupling agent and after orientating the magnetic powder by a magnetic field molding press, the capsules are broken down by pressure loading process. CONSTITUTION:Finely crushed powder are mixed with microcapsules sealed with a coupling agent and after orientating the powder by a magnetic field molding press, the capsules are broken down by pressurization process. Otherwise, the powder is previously mixed with an additive as necessary and after mixing with the capsules for granulation and orientating the powder by the magnetic field molding press, the capsules are broken down by the pressure loading process. Through these procedures, during the magnetic field orientation process, the powder is loosely separated in particles without being bonded by the coupling agent so as to notably increase the green intensity without deteriorating magnetic characteristics. Accordingly, the powder impressed with a magnetic field by the magnetic field molding machine can satisfactorily be oriented. |
