<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a liquid crystal part even to a material having a large size such as a calendar from the single surface of a card by successively forming a transparent protective layer, a temp.-sensitive liquid crystal layer and an adhesive layer to a heat-resistant film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent protective layer 11 is composed of a synthetic resin layer to be formed on a heat-resistant film 12 and an anchor coat layer 13 is further printed on the transparent protective layer 11 if necessary in order to enhance the bonding effect of various printing layers. A microencapsulated temp.-sensitive liquid crystal is printed on the upper surface of the anchor coat layer 13, that is, the entire surface of a liquid crystal display part and dried to form a liquid crystal layer 14. Next, the selective exposure of ultraviolet rays 15 is applied to the liquid crystal layer 14 by the close contact with a negative or positive mask or the formation of a real image due to an optical system. Then, an adhesive layer 16 for the thermal bonding to a transfer object is printed and formed on the entire surface of the transparent protective layer 11 containing the upper part of the liquid crystal layer 14.</p> |
