PURPOSE:To take the synchronization of a TDMA(time division multiple access) frame between respective radio base stations by disposing a delay adjusting device at each radio base station, and delaying a delivery pulse sent from a synchronous signal generator placed in the vicinity of a control station used as a frame synchronizing pulse so as to arrive at each radio base station simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The time when a synchronous pulse generator 11 sends the delivery pulse and the time until a delay processor 2 receives return pulses from the delay adjusting devices 7-a, 7-b are set at the time T equally. When setting is completed, the delivery pulse sent from the synchronous signal generator 6 arrives at the radio base stations 3-a, 3-b after the lapse of time of T/2 regardless of the length of a communication cable 4 connected between the control station 1 and each radio base station 3. At each radio base station 3, the sending pulse is used as a reset pulse for a timing generation circuit 56. In such a manner, a mobile station 5 can establish the synchronization of the TDMA frames transmitted from all the radio base station 3 in a moment.
