PRODUCTION OF FOOD BY CURRENT INJECTION HEATING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title food by current injection-heating a mixture of plural materials with their electrical conductances equal to one another to effect uniform heating leading to sterilization and cooking etc. CONSTITUTION:Constituent materials are made equal in their electrical conductances to one another by e.g. immersing in water, immersing in fatty oil, immersing in seasoning(s) containing common salt etc., and then mixed. The resulting mixture is then put to current injection-heating, thus obtaining the objective food.
