<p>A bearing arrangement (10) wherein a shaft (11) of uniform radius (29) is supported in a journal bearing having multiple section (14, 15, 16) located axially along said shaft (11) at different locations. Each journal bearing section (14, 15, 16) includes a circular journal bore (18, 19, 20) receiving the shaft with the axis of said journal bores being parallel and displaced relative to each other and to the axis of the enclosed shaft (11) in a plane normal to the axis of the shaft.</p> |
