PURPOSE:To promote weather-proofness and design efficiency by coating the face including aggregate together as a unit with an overcoat making fluororesin as one ingredient after sticking the aggregate on the face of a metal plate with a base-coat as adhesives making fluororesin as one composition. CONSTITUTION:A base-coat 3 making fluororesin as one composition is stuck on the surface of a base material such as a metal plate, etc., and aggregate 4 is stuck on the surface thereof with the base-coat 3 as adhesives. The face 5 including the aggregate 4 is coated together as a unit with an overcoat 6 making fluororesin as one ingredient. According to the constitution, weather- proofness, corrosion resistance and pollution resistance are greatly improved and, at the same time, design efficiency can be promoted. |
