<p>An invention solves the problem of continuous molten iron production from its natural or processed carriers through its direct, one step reduction realized completely and only at liquid phase. As reducers products of high-temperature coal dust and/or liquid fuels in flow gasification are used. Both these processes are realized simultaneously in one and the same known cyclone kiln (213, 215, 230), while separation of liquid iron and also liquid slag has placed gravitally in an atmosphere of waste process gases in a tank-furnace (232) connected by flows with cyclone kiln. An additional effect attendant upon these processes is continuous production of energetical steam with determined pressure.</p> |
