<p>PURPOSE:To make the title transformer compact by a method wherein the operations of connecting the first and second windings comprising the primary winding in series or parallel are made feasible by simple operations of coupling plugs as well as making sure of the electrical connections. CONSTITUTION:In order to use the commercial power supply of 100V, a breaker switch 62 is turned off, the plugs 73, 74 of power supply wires 70, 71 are connected respectively to jacks 51-5, 51-6; and then the plug 85 of an earth wire 72 is connected to the other jack 51-7. Furthermore, a shortcircuit wire unit 80 is connected tracing the lines 65, 66 drawn on a panel 50; the plugs 86, 87 of the first shortcircuit wire 81 are connected respectively to jacks 52-1, 52-3 further connecting to the shortcircuit wire 81. Likewise, jacks 52-2 and 52-4 are shortcircuited by shortcircuit wire 82 while the switch 62 is turned on to output 100V with a transformer kept on. In order to use at 200V, jacks 51-2, 51-3 are connected tracing the other line 67 on the panel 50.</p> |
