PURPOSE:To prevent a rotting of a primer coating liquor, to add an antistatic property to the titled material and to prevent any hindrance generating on the coated surface due to a cissing and a debris etc. by incorporating a specific compd. to the primer coating liquor. CONSTITUTION:The titled material contains to the primer coating liquor at least one of the compd. shown by formulas 1-3 wherein R is hydrogen atom, or CnH2n+1 [(n) is 1-20]. The compounding amount of the prescribed compd. is 0.0001-10%, preferably 0.001-1% on the weight basis of said compd. The compd. may be compounded as a solution of a solvent such as water, methanol and ethylene diamine. |
