PURPOSE:To make it possible to attain to stabilize an operational characteristic while making it possible to easily perform the positional determination of an armature with good accuracy, by respectively providing armature guides in the groove for inserting the armature of an armature yoke at the left and right positions of said groove. CONSTITUTION:An armature 12 is pushed in the groove 24 of an armature yoke 14 while a leaf spring 13 is bent and located so as to be engaged with armature guides 22, 23 provided to the armature yoke 14 to secure gaps 25, 26. In this state, the other side surface 13c of the leaf spring 13 is pressed to one end surface 14a of the yoke 14 by a jig 27 to release the pressing of the armature 12 to release said armature 12 from the armature guides 22, 23. Thereafter, by fixing the thin walled parts 13d, 13e of the leaf spring 13 by laser welding 28, the gaps 25, 26 with the armature 12 and the yoke 14 can be accurately secured. By this method, assembling work becomes easy and an operational characteristic can be stabilized. |
