A therapeutic electromagnetic treatment device (10) is provided that include s four electromagnetic bodies (18,20,22,24) having two positive (20,24) and two negative (18,22) magnetic poles arranged to define the vertices of a quadrilateral shape. The two positive poles (20,24) define opposite diagonal vertices of the quadrilateral shape and the two negative poles (18,22) define opposite diagonal vertices of the quadrilateral shape.
