The system using cheap and abundant electric power of midnight, accumulates heat energy in hot floor at night and gradually radiates the stored heat after suspension of power supply. The system comprises heat insulating layer (5) on the concrete floor (13) and outer wall (15); heat source (11) in the lower-flue (1); subsidiary heat accumulating material (14) supported by prop (6) fixed on lower-flue slab (3) and the layer (5); upper-flue (2) between the slab (3) and upper-flue slab (4). When the heat source is operated, warm air is circulated by convection in the flue (1) and the slab (3), heating and heat regeneration; heat radiation is achieved at prop (6) and the material (14), on the surface of the flue (2) and the slab (4).
