<p>PURPOSE:To avoid stress concentration on an interrupting layer adjacent to a fixing part of a bladder type accumulator easily invert it, and improve its durability, by setting the pitch adjacent to the fixing part of the bellows-like interrupting layer which is concentrically formed around the central area of a membrane part on an elastic layer for partitioning a hollow chamber into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber, smaller than that of another part. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 is formed of a bowl-like elastic layer 20 made of butyl rubber and a bellows-like interrupting layer 21 made of aluminum embedded inside the former in one body. This elastic layer 20 is composed of a fixing part 200 fixed on the fitting part 16 of a lower shell 12 through a holder 17 and a membrane part 220 continuously provided to the former, the interrupting layer 21 is provided with concentric mountain parts 21a and valley parts 21b, around a poppet 22 and the pitch of the root parts 200a is set smaller than that of another part. Consequently, application of unreasonable force and stress concentration on the interrupting layer adjacent to the fixing part 200 of the diaphragm 2 can be avoided and durability can be improved.</p> |
