BASE MATERIAL FOR FORMING FLUORESCENT FILM

摘要

An undercoating solution composition for manufacturing a fluorescent film contains pure water, about 8% polyvinyl alcohol, about 5% ammonium dichromate and 0.1-1.5% Al (NO3)3.9H2O. The aluminium nitrate is ionized to aluminium ion (Al+3) and nitrate ion (NO3-) in the pure water, and prevents the gellation of the undercoating solution.
