METHOD OF MAKING THE ELECTRON GUN OF CRT

The accererlation voltage is applied to the anode of the electron gun continuously and the heater voltage to the heater discretely at the last manufacturing process so that the the electron beam is emitted stably by removing the thermal deformation of the electrode, and the time for stabilising the positive convergence is reduced. The imbalance of the voltage gradient is also prevented by stabilising the voltage level of the CRT neck.
