T-FLIPFLOP TO SET THE INITIAL VALUES

The T flip/flop have eight invertor, the toggling input terminal, the terminal appling the preset or reset signal in initial condition and control terminal. The first invertor generate the inverted input signal of input terminal at the first spot (Xa). The signal of the fist sport (Xa) is generated at third spot (Xc) by inverting. The third invertor generates the inverted signal of the second spot (Xb) at the firsb sport (Xa) in appling the disable signal. The fourth invertor (Q40) latches the signal of the first spot (Xa) by generating the output of the third invertor (Q30) at the second spot (Xb), which is the input terminal of the third invertor (Q30).
