Pharmaceutical composition suitable for being administered perlingually, especially in the form of an antiinflammatory and/or analgesic chewing composition comprising a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory of hydrophobic nature. The said composition comprises at least in combination an inclusion complex formed between ketoprofen and a beta -cyclodextrin, optionally substituted, and a polyol.
