<p>Bicycle drop handlebars (56) comprise a crosspiece connectable with a steering post (44), sideways portions (66) extending outwardly therefrom in a forward, downward direction, intermediate portions (78) extending rearwardly and downwardly from the sideways portions (66) and drop portions (80) extend inwardly towards one another and thereby provide gripping positions below the handlebar crosspiece.
