PURPOSE:To prevent the peeling from a substrate by forming a transparent substrate in such a manner that the surface in contact with an org. material layer has a weekly hydrophilic property or hydrophobic property. CONSTITUTION:The weakly hydrophilic or hydrophobic property is imparted to the surface of the transparent substrate. The org. material layer is formed on the transparent substrate having this weakly hydrophilic or hydrophobic surface. The surface of the transparent substrate in contact with the org. material layer is required to have the weakly hydrophilic or hydrophobic property to the extent of maintaining the adhesive strength between both so as not to be peeled by an environmental change, such as temp. change, humidity change or atm. pressure change, at the boundary face constituted of the org. material layer and the transparent substrate. The weakly hydrophilic or hydrophobic surface usually refers to the hydrophilic property to the extent that 'adhesive wetting' arises when water drops are brought into contact with the surface.
