PURPOSE:To obtain an anti-fogging agent which can be readily applied to a plastic material and can provide thereon a turdy coating film which does not undergo fogging for a long period of time by compounding a specific block or graft copolymer, an amino resin and an amine compound. CONSTITUTION:A block or graft copolymer having hydrophilic segments and hydrophobic segments (weight ratio: 50-95/50-5); an amino resin; and an amine compound represented by formula V or VI (wherein R1 is 1-30C linear chain or branched alkyl; and (n) and (m) each are 2 to 3) are compounded in a weight ratio (in terms of the weight of solid matter) of (100:5-40):(0.5-30). The hydrophilic segments each comprise 30-90wt.% (N-substituted) (meth)acrylamide compound of formula I or II [wherein R1 is H or CH3; R2 is H or linear chain or branched CnH2n+1; R3 is R2, N,N-dimethyl-aminopropyl or a group of formula III; (n) is 1 to 4; and A is (CH2)4-, (CH2)5- or a group of formula IV]; 5-30wt.% monomer containing a sulfonic group, COOH or a phosphoric group; and 5-40wt.% hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate. The hydrophobic segments each comprise 70-995 lower alkyl (meth)acrylate and 1-30wt.% (meth)acrylic acid and/or hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate. |
