PURPOSE:To fix an organism material readily even by an unskilled operator by projecting low-output-power laser light on the organism material, amplifying the scattered light, and thereafter projecting the light on the organism material again. CONSTITUTION:Low-output power laser light 6 from a variable-wavelength low-output-power laser device 20 is projected on an organism material 8 through a reflecting mirror 7. A part of scattered light 14 generated by the projection is inputted into a variable-wavelength amplifier 30 through a lens 9. When a part of the scattered light 14 passes through a laser medium 12, the light is amplified in the amplifier 30. When amplified light 15 is reflected from a phase conjugate mirror 13, the light is converted into a light beam having the sharp directivity. The reflected light 15 is narrowed through the lens 9. Thereafter, the light is projected on the organism material 8. |
