<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a corrosion of a metal surface favorably and to improve the strength by inserting an end of an anticorrosive metal pipe in a receiving groove of a plastic core, adhering them with an adhesive, covering the end of the anticorrosive metal pipe with a metal tube, and installing a compressed rubber ring between the metal pipe and the metal tube. CONSTITUTION:An end 10 of an anticorrosive metal 1 is inserted into a groove 21 of a plastic core 2, the end surface of the pipe is contacted to a vertical surface of a bottom end 22 of the groove, and an adhesive 4 is used to adhere between them and between the bottom surface of the groove 21 and a plastic covering layer 12 at the inner surface side of the end 10 of the anticorrosive metal pipe 1. A metal tube 5 is used to cover along the ends of both anticorrosive metal pipes 1 and 1. Between the ends 10 and 10 of the metal pipes 1 and 1, and the metal tube 5, rubber rings 6 and 6 are installed in a compressed condition. As a result, the load-resisting property, the pressure-resisting property, the mechanical strength, the sealing property, and the like are all excellent, and furthermore, a generation of scales and the like can be also prevented.</p> |
