<p>The apparatus, comprises at least one set of pressing rolls (3, 5) extending transversely and actuated by at least one set of thrust actuators (jacks) (19, 30), characterised in that the pressing rolls are mounted, at least partially, in pairs (3a, 3b, 5a, 5b) on the rod of the same thrust actuator (jack) by means of an articulation system (17, 28) permitting a relative movement of one roll in relation to the other in the direction of pressing.
