<p>Device for holding a support such as a shelf on an elongated element such as an upright comprising a sleeve (2) disposed around the elongated element (3) and having at one of its end parts (8), over at least part of its periphery, a ramp (9) which delimits with the surface of the elongated element a space (10) which has a width increasing towards the end of the sleeve, and a wedging part (11) made of elastic material disposed in the said space and in contact with the ramp and the exterior smooth surface of the elongated element in such a way as to produce a wedge effect under the effect of a force applied on the sleeve (2) in the direction of its previously mentioned end (8) allowing the immobilization in this direction of the sleeve (2) on the elongated element (3) at any place whatsoever along the latter. <IMAGE></p> |
