<p>The coffee filter (6) is held in a cup (2) which contains a hollow removable body (8). This is made in a material which is a poor conductor of heat, such as plastics material. It has a base (9) and an upper plate (14) which are joined by an annular joint (10) that forms a seal between the filter and the cup. The plate has a valve (15), through which the coffee flows, that is held in a hollow in the base. The base has two spouts (12a, b) which fit into corresponding spouts (4a, b) in the base of the cup.</p> |
