Electrical supply using two auto-transformers - with equal power loading and voltage for load from similar tapping points

A pair of autotransformers (T1,T2) ise connected in parallel to the supply conductors of a single phase mains (P,Mp). Both transformer stages have tappings to allow a voltage (Va) to be applied across a load (RL). The connection is made between the tapping and the return conductor (Mp). With the same tapping points, the power take off is equally distributed between the transformers and avoids overload. ADVANTAGE - Avoids overload of transformer stages. Reduces effect of transformer characteristic on output.
