<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of large foams in lightweight aerated concrete of product in preparing raw material slurry by previously hydrating cement and quick lime of calcerous raw materials separately and then blending the hydrated substances. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a steam-cured lightweight aerated concrete of product comprising calcerous raw materials composed of cement and quick lime, silicic acid raw material composed of at least silica rock or silica sand, a blowing agent composed of aluminum powder and water as main raw materials, the following means is adopted. Namely, cement or a mixture of cement and calcerous raw material and quick lime or a mixture of quick lime and an additive are previously hydrated separately, respectively, the two hydrated substances prepared by the previous hydration are blended to give raw material slurry. Then the raw material slurry is stirred by a mixer having 30-40m<3>/min delivery flow rate for >=3 minutes and cast in a mold.</p> |
