PURPOSE:To prolong a lifetime of a feeder cable by providing a loading cable for hanging a deadweight in parallel to the feeder cable, and forming a deadweight with a rotor hanged by the loading cable, a first and a second guides and a cover. CONSTITUTION:A wire rope 50 for hanging a deadweight 40 is provided in parallel to a flat feeder cable 30. The deadweight 40 consists of a rotor 41 to be hanged by the wire rope 50, a guide 42 for guiding inside of the feeder cable 30, a guide roller 45 housed in a channel of a guide rail 35, a cover 46 for guiding outside of the feeder cable 30, and a shaft 46 for supporting them. The rotor 41 is haged by the wire rope 50, and length of the wire rope 50 and the feeder cable 30 is decided so as to form a cavity S between the feeder cable 30 and the guide 42. Consequently, the deadweight 40 is not hanged from the feeder cable 30, and the guide 42 prevents a float of the feeder cable 30. |
