Electrode system for voltametric measurement over wide pH range - contains glass carbon working electrode, metal counter and reference electrodes

The electrode system for voltametric measurement of oxidising and reducing compounds in electrolytes contains working (1), counter (2) and reference (3) electrodes connected to a voltametric measurement device (4). The working electrode is made of glass carbon. The counter and reference electrodes are made of metals selected from a group contg. platinum, gold, silver, titanium and Hastelloy C. The pH value of the electrolyte is between 1 and 14, pref. between 1 and 7. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for use in aqueous sol. in paper and pulp industry for measuring oxidation and/or reaction potentials of electrolytes over wide range of pH values.
