PURPOSE:To hold a loop gain constant without reference to input displacement by performing extraction arithmetic by an input-side link mechanism and by employing a power balance system, which has no slide part, for a displacement/pressure transducing part. CONSTITUTION:Input pressure Pi operates on input bellows 11 and the extent of its displacement is transferred to an input lever 12 corresponding to the magnitude of the Pi. The displacement of the input lever 12 displaces a coupling part 14d between extraction levers 14a and 14b, and the extent of this displacement is equivalent to the extraction value of the input displacement. An input spring 16 is coupled rotatably with a halfway point of a flapper 17 by a coupling part 16a to transfer power equivalent to the extraction displacement to the flaper 17. A nozzle 19 spouts air and the back pressure of the air spouted to the flapper 17 is amplified by a relay valve 21 to be outputted as output pressure P0, and also to operate on feedback bellows 22, balancing the flapper 17. |
